Ingredients

16 servings
  1. 3 cupHot cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 3 eachEggs
  4. 1 1/2 cupMilk
  5. 1 stickButter
  6. 1 tbspVanilla
  7. 1 cupCoconut
  8. 1 cupBrown sugar
  9. 1 1/2 stickButter
  10. 1 1/2 cupSelf rising flour
  11. 1 cupNuts, chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Mix potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, butter, vanilla flavoring and coconut with electric mixer until we'll blended and smooth.

  3. 3

    Pour into buttered casserole and bake 20 minutes at 350°F.

  4. 4

    Mix topping ingredients (brown sugar, 1/2 stick butter, self rising flour, and nuts) by hand and spread on top of casserole and cook 15 minutes more.
