To make 1 of the 2 sauces, first, we have to peel the carrots and 1 of the onions. We cut them into tiny cubes and we cook them in some oil.

When these have a golden color, we put in the meat and cook it for a while.

We put in the wine and wait for 5 minutes so the alcohol evaporates. We put in the milk, a pinch of salt, the nuts and black pepper. We mix it and leave it for 5 minutes to cook

We put the tomato and wait 40 minutes so it cooks

Put in the recipient the tomatoes and a square of pasta, then, on top of the pasta, some sauce, then pasta, then sauce. Repeat until you filled the recipient

For the 2nd sauce, we put the other onion with some salt (the onion must be cut). Cook it in some oil and when it has a golden color, put in the flour

Cook it and put , from time to time, milk.

Turn off the fire and we crush the sauce. Then we add on top of the lasagna

Put it in the oven for 30-40 minutes
