Ingredients

  • 3 pintskaukauna sharp cheddar
  • 3 packagessoftened cream cheese
  • 1/2 lbVelveeta cheese
  • 1green onion diced
  • 20single serving packages dried beef

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice green onion and dried beef then set aside

  2. 2

    Mix all 3 cheeses in large bowl until fully mixed together. I usually have to do it by hand.

  3. 3

    Add all the green onion and 1/4 of the dried beef to the cheese and mix well

  4. 4

    Put thin layer of dried beef on your serving plate to make a bed for your cheese ball. Then add the cheese forming it into a ball on the plate.

  5. 5

    Add the remaining dried beef on the outside of the cheese ball kind of like a crust. Then cover and refrigerate until your ready to serve. I usually refrigerate over night.
