Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one. Mix cake meal, potato starch, and salt. Fold into creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Add chips and nuts. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Form into three loaves with wet hands. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar.

Bake for 350'for 35-45 minutes. Slice.
