Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchcarrots, grated
  2. 1big onion, chopped
  3. 2medium green peppers, chopped
  4. 1/4 cupolive oil
  5. 1 cubebeef stock
  6. 1 spoonbarbecue spice
  7. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  8. 1 tinbaked beans
  9. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  10. pinchCayenne pepper

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash all your veggies

  2. 2

    Fry onion and green peppers with the spice, stock cube,Cayenne pepper and salt

  3. 3

    When they half done add the grated carrots

  4. 4

    Fry until well done

  5. 5

    When it is fried cool it off and add the beans

  6. 6

    When is cold add mayonnaise

  7. 7

    Serve with any meal and enjoy
