Sloppy Jofu

I'm not a vegetarian or a vegan, but this dish is quite good and has a great taste to it. The texture of tofu works great with the sauces, and will absorb up all their flavors. Give it a try and let me know how it turns out.

Steps
- 1
Crumble up the Tofu in to small pieces. Put the Tofu in a 10 inch skillet.
- 2
Add in the onions and peppers, and then heat over a medium heat for a little bit until the outside of tofu is brown.
- 3
Add in the other ingredients and mix thoroughly and then cook for ten to fifteen minutes.
- 4
Put tofu mix into buns and enjoy.
- 5
If you want more of a kick in the taste, use Worcestershire instead of mustard and add a tablespoon of hot sauce.
