  2. 2medium potato boiled chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1Onion chopped
  5. 2green chilli cut in long shape
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspchilli powder
  8. 1 tspdhaniya powder
  9. 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  10. 1/2 tspamchur powder ya Lemon juice
  11. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  12. pinchHing
  13. 1/2 tspJeera
  14. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Karahi m oil garam hone par hing jeera bhune.aalu fry karein or ek plate m nikal kar rakh de. Onion or green chilli 1 min saute karein.bhindi dal kar naram hone tak cook karein

  2. 2

    Tomato, potato or sabhi masale mix karein or sim gas p 5 min cook karein.

  3. 3

    Chapati or paranthe ke saath serve karein.
