Ingredients

  1. 250 gpaneer
  2. 1potato chopped into cubes
  3. to tasteSalt and sugar
  4. 1onion
  5. As neededoil
  6. 100 gcurd
  7. 1 spoonblack pepper powder
  8. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  9. 1 tablespoontomato sauce

  1. 1

    Add sugar,salt and curd mix it well and leave it for 5 mins

  2. 2

    Heat a pan add oil and shallow fry those onions put potato and cover it for 5 mins

  3. 3

    Add curd, red chilli, salt, sugar, tomato sauce, saute it well and cover it for 5mins

  4. 4

    Serve it hot
