  • 250 gpaneer
  • 1potato chopped into cubes
  • to tasteSalt and sugar
  • 1onion
  • As neededoil
  • 100 gcurd
  • 1 spoonblack pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoontomato sauce

  1. 1

    Add sugar,salt and curd mix it well and leave it for 5 mins

  2. 2

    Heat a pan add oil and shallow fry those onions put potato and cover it for 5 mins

  3. 3

    Add curd, red chilli, salt, sugar, tomato sauce, saute it well and cover it for 5mins

  4. 4

    Serve it hot
