1 cupbismati rice
2 tbsplime juice
2 cupwater
1 tspsalt
2 tbspcilantro

Heat oil or butter until melted

Add rice and lime juice

Stir for 1 minute

Add water and salt bring to a full rolling boil

Cover turn heat to simmer ove low heat until rice is tender and water is absorbed about 25 minutes

Fluff rice with fork and add cilantro
