Ingredients

  1. 2Eggs
  2. 1 tbspWater
  3. 1 cup1/8 flour
  4. 3/4 cupSugar
  5. 1/4 cupVinegar
  6. 3/4 cupWater
  7. 2 lbVelvetta cheese, cut into 1/2 cubes
  8. 2 jarspimentos

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs and tablespoon of water in a mixing bowl. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl

  2. 2

    Add dry mix 1/3 at a time to the egg mix. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Mix vinegar and the remaining water in a saucepan. Add the egg mix.

  4. 4

    Cook on medium heat stirring often. Cook till thick.

  5. 5

    Place Velvetta cubes in a large mixing bowl. Pour warm mix over the cubes and let it stand to soften.

  6. 6

    Beat well with electronic mixer till smooth. Add pimentos.
