1 lbAny beef with or without tendon
1as needed Parsley
1Ginger
2 cloveGarlic
1Potatoes
1Soy sauce
1Red wine
1/2 tspSugar
1Water

Steps

In pot, put red wine, water, diced garlic, chopped ginger, diced parsley

When boiled add in beef
3

Add water to level sauce with meet, add potatoes and garnish as necessary
4

Add sugar and soy sauce as needed
5

Simmer for 4 hours
