Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 2large carrots (spiralized)
  2. 1zucchini (spiralized)
  3. 1/4red cabbage (shredded)
  4. 1green onion (chopped fine)
  5. a fewsprigs of cilantro (chopped fine)
  6. for the sauce
  7. 1 tbsshoyu (or tamari if not raw)
  8. 1 tbsraw almond butter
  9. 1 tbschili oil
  10. 1 tspraw agave
  11. 1 tspraw ginger (grated)

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the veggies into a big bowl.

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl mix the sauce and then mix into the big bowl.

  3. 3

    Top with more cilantro and green onions.

  4. 4

    So simple!! Enjoy!
