Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • 2large carrots (spiralized)
  • 1zucchini (spiralized)
  • 1/4red cabbage (shredded)
  • 1green onion (chopped fine)
  • a fewsprigs of cilantro (chopped fine)
  • for the sauce
  • 1 tbsshoyu (or tamari if not raw)
  • 1 tbsraw almond butter
  • 1 tbschili oil
  • 1 tspraw agave
  • 1 tspraw ginger (grated)

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the veggies into a big bowl.

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl mix the sauce and then mix into the big bowl.

  3. 3

    Top with more cilantro and green onions.

  4. 4

    So simple!! Enjoy!
