Easy Summer Squash Soufflé

Wash the summer squash thoroughly, cut them into small cubes, and boil until tender.

Once cooked, drain them well.

Chop the onion, bell pepper, and 2 cloves of garlic. Place them in a bowl with the seasonings.

Add the eggs and shredded cheese.

Beat everything together with a fork until well mixed, then add the cooked squash.

Once everything is combined, pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) until golden brown.
