  • 2 cupMilk
  • 1/4 cupKhoya
  • 2 tbspnSugar
  • 1 tspCardamom powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take kadai add milk boil it add grated carrot.

  2. 2

    Continuously mix on low flame.

  3. 3

    Add cardamom powder. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add sugar mix it add khoya. Mix for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Yummy and healthy carrot kheer is ready to eat hot or cold which you want.
