Ingredients

10 servings
  1. crockpot
  2. 3 1/2 lb Chuck roast
  3. 2 cupcarrots cut
  4. 5 largepotatoes
  5. 1 largeonion, chopped
  6. 1 boxbeef broth

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onions

  2. 2

    Cut potatoes in 1in pieces

  3. 3

    cut baby carrots

  4. 4

    Place all vegetables in crock pot

  5. 5

    Place meat on top

  6. 6

    Fill with beef broth to cover meat

  7. 7

    Set it and forget it.... 6-8 hours makes 10 servings
