Ingredients

2 cupbutter
1 cupwhite sugar
3 cuppacked brown sugar
4eggs
4 tspvanilla
5 cupflour
1 1/2 tspsalt
2 tspbaking powder
2 tspbaking soda
4 1/2 cupchocolate chunks

Preheat oven to 350°F

Cream together butter and both sugars * 10 min

Beat in vanilla and eggs

Mix in dry ingredients

Fold in chocolate chunks

Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 9 min until just light brown. Cool on cookie sheet for 10 min prior to moving to cooling rack (This is the secret to the chewy cookie)
