2tomatoes
1onion
Pinchsalt
1 tbspcustor sugar
1 tspApple cider vinegar

Wash all the vegetables

Cut into nice cubes, mix the onions with salt, sugar and vinegar, leave to rest for a half hour.

Remove from the fridge and mix with the other Vegas, and serve
