Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1 mediumcabbage
  2. 30 mlvegetable oil
  3. 1 bunchchopped cilantro or other greens to taste
  4. 1 eachmedium onion chopped
  5. 10.5 (half) can crushed tomatoes
  6. 1salt to taste.
  7. 1paprika to taste
  8. 1black ground pepper to taste

  1. 1

    Turn on the stove on medium heat. Pour the oil to the saucepan. Add chopped onions. When the onions are yellow to light brown (do not burn) add 300 grams of water. Then add copped cabbage ( stripes). Steam with closed lid mixing the cabbage sometimes. Add some more water if needed. While cooking add salt, paprika, ground black pepper to taste and crushed tomatoes. Mix well and let it cook untill cabbage is tender (about 15-20 minutes). At the end add chopped cilantro. Enjoy:)
