Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cupFlour
  2. 2 tbspCocoa Powder
  3. 2 tspBaking Powder
  4. 1/4 tspSalt
  5. 1 cupSugar
  6. 1 tbspVanilla
  7. 1/2 cupMilk
  8. 1/2 cupOil
  9. 2Eggs
  10. Frosting
  11. 2/3 cupWhipping Cream
  12. 1 1/8 cupChocolate Chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the dry ingredients together and form a well in the center, then add the wet ingredients to that. Mix well then pour into a greased 9" pan.

  2. 2

    Bake at 350' for 35-45 minutes.

  3. 3

    For the frosting: Heat the cream and then slowly add the chocolate chips to it until smooth. Spread over cake.
