Firstly daal or chawal ko achhe se wash karein or cooker m dal kar 3 cup pani or haldi,salt dal kar 1 whistle lagale.

Fry pan m ghee garam karein or hing zeera bhun le.ab ginger green chilli or onion ko 2 min saute karein.peas or tomato dal kar 2 min cook karein.Sabhi masale add karein or thori der cook karein.

Khichri mix karein.2 min pkne de. ab ghee dal kar serve karein.
