In a bowl add curd and water and whisk. Add little water into besan and make paste. Mix both and add ginger garlic paste, jaggery, dhanya jeera powder and salt mix well.

Heat oil in a kadai add methi Dana hing rai jeera and curry leaves. Add 2-3 crushed garlic and green chillies and coriander leaves. Add haldi powder and mix.

Pour the curd mixture to it and let it boil on slow flame.

Check the taste and remove when started boiling.
