2-1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cold milk

In pan ghee lijiyein and sooji ko bhuniyein on medium flame till 4 minutes.

In another pan heat water along with sugar.

In one bowl take 2 spoons full custard in half cup cold milk mix it till no lumps formed.

Add elaichi powder and boiled water and custard mixture. Mix all the ingredients for 10 minutes on medium flame.
