    soften yeast in water

  2. 2

    mix mashed potatoes , hot water, shortenning, sugar and salt

  3. 3

    add eggs, 2 cups of flour,

  4. 4

    add yeast and remaining flour

  5. 5

    knead on well floured board until dough is smooth and soft

  6. 6

    feel with feeling

  7. 7

    egg wash and bake
