1/2 tspcayanne pepper
1/2 tspsalt
2/3 cupwater

Slice onion and place in iced water in fridge

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl

Mix water and oil into dry ingredients

Whisk egg white into stiff peaks
5

Fold egg white into batter, dip onion rings and deep fry
