  1. 5-6 pieceParwal /pointed gourd
  2. 5-6Chopped garlic cloves
  3. 2-3Chopped green chillies
  4. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel the pointed gourd / parwal.

  2. 2

    Boil in the pressure cooker.

  3. 3

    After one whistle switch off the gas.

  4. 4

    Once cooled,mash the pointed gourd / parwal.

  5. 5

    Add green chilli,garlic clove,salt and mix well.

  6. 6

    Serve with chapati or rice.
