Soak chana daal for 2 hours. After that strain the water and make a fine paste with green chillies, cumin and garlic. And salt.

Knead a soft dough of rice flour with warm water and keep aside.

Make small ball of dough. Now take a polythene, put dough ball on it, put another polythene over it and make a poori.

Fill a teaspoon daal mixture in it and give gujhiya shape and keep in plate.

Do the same with all the ball.

Take a large size pan, add two cup of water and make it boil.

Put a steel strainer on it and place all the phara on it and steam cook for ten minutes.

Take out all the phara and serve with green chilli chutney or tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
