Cook and drain orzo. Cool and chill in refrigerator.

Drain pineapple and oranges, reserving juices. Chill fruit.

Heat reserved juices with salt through flour. Cook until thickened. Temper the eggs with pudding mixture and slowly add eggs. Cook over low heat until eggs are cooked and it is a smooth, creamy mixture.

Cool and stir into macaroni. Finally stir in Cool Whip. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
