2potatoes(peeled and grated)
1large onion (grated)
4 tbspparmesan cheese(grated)or any you like
Freshly grated nutmeg
Salt
1/4 tspcinnamon
Margarine to grease the cupcakes
Green paper to garnish

Preheat the oven. Mix potatoes, onions, parmesan cheese, nutmeg, and salt and cinnamon. Drain excess water

Generously butter the cupcakes tin

Press the potatoes mixture into the tins. I sprinkled a little cinnamon on top(optional)

Bake for 45 mins or until the edges dry

Cool and take with desired beverage. Garnish with Green paper and some chilli sauce
