Deskin and chop banana into cubes/lengthwise. Soak them in a cup of cold water to prevent oxidation

Set a non stick pan on medium heat

Add mustard, dry red chilli and cumin seeds. Toss until aromat
- 4
Add the onions and saute for 1/2 a minute
- 5
Season with salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and mix well

Continue to sauté on Low heat now

Add the green chillies and curry leaves. Sauté for 2 minutes

Finally add the chopped banana pieces and water.

Cook covered on Low heat until bananas soften and all the flavours come together

Take off heat and transfer on to a serving bowl

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves

Enjoy hot with rice and daal
