  • 1 bunchof Kale (this is your main ingredient)
  • 1/2 stickCelery
  • 1/2 sliceApple (of choice)
  • 1Banana
  • 1/2 stickCarrot
  • 1 cupGreen tea
  • 1/4 tspChia seeds (optional)

    Boil your green tea and let it cool; cold preferably

  2. 2

    Add green tea and blend all remaining ingredients using either a blender or my blend of choice, the bullet.

  3. 3

    If green tea is not your cup of choice you can use water, juice, etc...
