First fry all the vegetables and keep aside.

Fry half bowl kaju.

Fry paneer.

Take a mixer jar put ginger garlic,green chilli,red chilli powder, biryani masala and Cardamom and grind it.

Then grind half kaju(cashew)

Take a bowl put milk,milk powder,fresh cream,garam masala,sugar

Take a pan heat ghee.

Add ginger garlic mixture.

Saute it for 4 mins.

Now put milk mixture in it and mix well.

Saute it till gravy is thick

Add fry veggies in it

Mix well add salt

Take a pan heat oil

Put some rice spread the veggie gravy

Spread long sliced onion fry

Spread paneer and kaju.

Now spread second layer of rice.

Than again put gravy,onion,fry, paneer and kaju

Put 1 tsp ghee on it

Close with the lid for 10 mins.

Serve hot with paneer raita.
