Steps

Ctut all the veggies into big pieces, Ladiesfinger and onions just slit it.

Add little salt to all the veggies and keep it aside.

Heat kadai and saute chopped onions till transparent.

Add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and mix.

Add all the veggies, except both the tomatoes.

Cover and cook.

Flip with gentle hands, making sure veggies don't break.

Cook on slow flame.

When veggies are half done, add all the dry masalas, chopped and big pieces of tomatoes.

Cover and again cook on slow flame till all the veggies are tender.

Squeeze lime over the veggies while eating.

Serve hot with roti or paratha.
