Ingredients

  • 6breads
  • 4boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped beans
  • 1/4 cupchopped onion
  • 1/4 cupgrated carrot
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • Salt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 cupboiled and mashed corn
  • 4green chillies finely chopped
  • 2 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 TSPcumin powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • Sesame seeds
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take bread pieces and cut in circular shape with the help of cookie cutter and keep aside

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add all the ingredients. MIX all the ingredients and place it over bread peices

  3. 3

    Sprinkle sesame seeds on it and press it softly.

  4. 4

    Now take a non stick pan add oil and keep it for heating and then shallow fry all the pieces.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup
