  2. 1 packagesCream cheese
  3. 1/2 cupSour cream
  4. 1 canCream of celery
  5. 2 canMarinated artichokes
  6. 1 stickButter (for roux)
  7. 1/3Flour (for roux)
  8. 1Onion
  9. 3 cloveGarlic
  10. 1Milk or heavy cream
  11. 3 dashCayenne pepper
  12. 3 dashHot sauce
  13. 1 dashGarlic powder
  14. 1 dashSalt
  15. 1 dashPepper
  16. 1as needed Chicken stock base
  17. 1as needed Vegetable stock base
  18. 1 packagesParm Romano cheese
  19. 1 packages8oz Monterey cheese
  20. 1 packages8oz Swiss cheese
  21. 1 packagesMozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Make roux with butter and flour- cool until light brown. Blend onion , garlic, milk/cream in blender until pasty. Add to roux until fragrant. Add cream cheese and soup mix. Press's moisture out of spinach. Add mix to spinach, artichokes, and rest of ingredients. Sprinkle all mozzarella cheese on top and baked until hot and bubbly at 375°F
