175 mllowfat choc chip yoghurt
1/2 tspvanilla essence
125 mlfat-free milk
1/4 tspcocoa powder

Peel banana and freeze for an hour

Roughly chop the frozen banana and place in a blender with the remaining ingredients.

Blend until smooth, sprinkle over cocoa powder and serve immediately
