Steps

In a cooking pan take 2 tsp of Ghee and allow it to heat.

Add 1 tsp of Jeera, 1 tsp of chopped Green Chillies followed by few Curry Leaves and 1 tsp of Peanuts.

Roast Peanuts for 2 Min nicely.

Then add unpeeled Apple pieces and sauté the Apples nicely for 3 – 4 Min.

Add ¼ tsp of Red Chilli Powder and ¼ tsp of Vrat Salt and mix well.

Add 1 tsp of Lemon juice and 2 tsp of Peanut Powder and mix well.

Cover the lid and cook on low flame for 2 Min.

Apple Khichadi is ready to serve hot.
