  1. 2 cupvegetable oil
  2. 2fresh eggs
  3. 2 tbspfresh lemon juice or vinegar
  4. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil slowly while using a hand held emulsifier to combine ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add all ingredient, except oil, to a glass jar.

  3. 3

    You are finished when all of the oil has been emulsified. Close with a lid and refrigerate.
