Ingredients

  1. 2 lts milk
  2. 2apple peeled and grated
  3. 4 tbspsugar
  4. as requiredelliachi powder
  5. as requiredchopped nuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in a wok and let it reduce to half

  2. 2

    Add sugar and grated apple and give one boil

  3. 3

    Swtich off the flame and add elliachi powder and nuts

  4. 4

    Serve chilled and garnish with nuts
