Measure flour,baking powder and preservatives accurately and sieve in a dry bowl.

Measure butter into a mixing bowl,then add sugar and flavour in same bowl and start creaming using a mixer.

Cream sugar,butter and flavour untill light and fluffy.increased in size and almost white.

Break eggs in a bowl and whisk lightly.add gradually into your creamed mixture and continue mixing untill is well mixed.

Switch off mixer,and gradually fold in mixture of flour and baking powder and preservativesinto the mixture.

Pour in a well greased pan,and bake in a moderately heat oven.

Insert a clean toothpick onces it comes out clean is ready.
