1/3 cuplemon juice
2 clovegarlic
1 tbspdijon mustard
chili powder
1 cupyoghurt
salt
1 tbspolive oil
2 pieceskinless boneless chicken breasts

Butterfly the breasts, poke them and hammer them a little

Add all the ingredients in a zip lock bag and set aside for at least 2 hours

Get the chicken out and place on a grill, a pan or even in the oven until it's cooked through and brown from the outside
