Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2cup Milk powder
  2. 1/4cup Liquid milk
  3. 1/2cup Sugar
  4. 3tbsp Ghee
  5. 1tsp Cardamom powder
  6. 1tbsp Chopped cashew
  7. 1tbsp almond flex

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan and add liquid milk.

  2. 2

    Add sugar, stirring continuously.

  3. 3

    When sugar dissolves, add milk powder and cardamom powder.

  4. 4

    The milk powder forms dough after stirring for 10 mins on low flame.

  5. 5

    When the dough separates, turn the gas off.

  6. 6

    Transfer the prepared dough into greased plate and top with chopped cashew and almond flex.

  7. 7

    Let it cool about 2 hrs and cut into pieces as you want.
