Ingredients

2 bowlcurd
1 bowlbuttermilk
1/2 bowlgram flour
1 tspcumin seeds
1/2 tspmethi dana
4-5curry leaves
1 pinchhing
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspcoriander powder
1 tspgaram masala powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspkasoori methi
to tastesalt
as neededoil

Add curd and buttermilk in a mixing bowl,mix well.

Add besan in curd and mix well
3

Heat oil in a wok add cumin,hing methi dana and saute it.

Now add spices and curd besan mixture and boiled it till 20-25 minutes.

Serve hot with zeera rice.
