Ingredients

  • 2 lbground beef
  • 2 cupdice onion
  • 2 can15.5 oz cans pinto beans
  • 1 can15.5 oz pink kidney beans
  • 1 can15.25 oz whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can14.5 oz Mexican style stewed tomotes
  • 1 can14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 can14.5 oz tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 packages1.25 oz taco seasoning mix
  • 1 packages1 oz ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 can4.6 oz sliced black olives, drained
  • Topping (optional)
  • 1sour cream
  • 1shredded cheese
  • 1fresh chives

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown meat and onions in skillet.

  2. 2

    Drain fat.

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients to slow cooker.

  4. 4

    Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

  5. 5

    Optional: add sour cream, shredded cheese, and chive to finish.
