Steps

Cut and remove dirt from the fish,boil with 1^2 cup of water and onion,salt, thyme and knorr seasoning.boil for 5minutes.

Fry the Titius fish in a heated vegetable oil for 4minutes.turn both sides of the fish to fry well.

Boil the rice for 15minutes,rinse and boil again add salt to taste and turn off heat onces is done.

Blend the fresh tomatoes together with fresh peppee.boil for 40mins(till the water in it drys up)

Fry in a hot vegetable oil,then add the stock from the fish,add knorr cubes and onion.boil for 10minutes.

Add curry,and boil for another 5minutes.the sauceis ready.

Wash the carrots with salt and grate.
