  2. 3 lbCream Cheese
  3. 1 1/4 cupGranulated Sugar
  4. 3 largeEggs (Lightly Beaten)
  5. 1 1/2 tspVanilla Extract
  6. 3 tbspCornstarch
  7. 1 1/2 cupSour Cream
  8. Crust
  9. 3 cupGraham Cracker (Crumbs)
  10. 3/4 cupButter (Melted)
  11. 1/2 cupGranulated Sugar

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Place the crumbs in a mixing bowl and add the butter and sugar. Blend well.

  3. 3

    Place the crumb mixture on to the bottom and partly up the sides of a greased springform mold. Smooth the crumb mixture along the bottom to an even thickness.

  4. 4

    Bake for 10 minutes in a 350°F oven. Cool before filling.

  5. 5

    preheat oven to 400°F.

  6. 6

    Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth and light.

  7. 7

    Beat in eggs, vanilla and cornstarch, only until thoroughly mixed.

  8. 8

    Stir in sour cream until the mixture is well blended.

  9. 9

    Pour the mixture I to the prepared crust and bake for 45 minutes. Allow the cake to cool in oven, with the door propped slightly open for 3 hours. Chill.
