Ingredients

  1. 1 smallEgg
  2. 2 sliceTomato
  3. 1 pinchCheese
  4. 2 sliceBacon
  5. 1 headBroccoli

Cooking Instructions

    Add slices of tomato to bottom of a ramekin or any other small ovenable container

  2. 2

    Chop raw bacon into pieces and add

  3. 3

    Chop the broccoli into pieces and add

  4. 4

    Chop mushrooms if necessary and add

  5. 5

    Break an egg and add to top

  6. 6

    Cook for 15 minutes before taking it out and adding a sprinkle of cheese

  7. 7

    Cook for another 5-10 minutes and take out and enjoy
