Steps

In a pan take oil and butter. Add chopped onion and saute till it becomes pink.

Add chopped tomato to it. Cook till oil separates.

Add ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste, Kasoori methi and all the dry masalas. Add 2 tbsp of water to it.

Add chopped capsicum to it.

Add crumbled Paneer to it. Cook for 4 - 5 mins.

Add grated cheese to it. Mix it well.

Add little water to adjust the consistency.

Cook for another 2-3 mins.

Garnish with coriander.

Serve with buttery bread.
