Heat oil in a pan; and transfer the marinated tofu in a layer

Stir fry by turning so as to fry on all the sides. Set aside.

In the same pan add onion, ginger, garlic and saute on high heat for 2 mins

4. Add the bok choy stem and saute for a min

Add the bok choy leaves

Saute till bok choy leaves wilts

Now pour in the sauce

Mix the sauce

Add tofu and toss for 2 mins

Garnish with the spring onion greens

Garnish with the spring onion greens and serve with rice.
