  5. 5 Oz.Grated Romano Cheese
  6. 2 pinchNutmeg (or to taste)
  7. 2 pinchBlack Pepper (or to taste)

    Melt butter.

    Mix in flour.

    Stir in milk.

    Stir in chopped spinach.

    Add nutmeg, pepper and Romano.

    Simmer until desired consistency reached.
