Clean your peppers with a lightly damp towel & wash dry your tomatoes

Put a comal or skillet on medium heat & put the peppers in to roast turning frequently as they will start to blacken about five minutes give or take then take them out & put in blender set aside

In the same skillet roast the tomatoes this will be longer about ten minutes you don't have to turn to often as they take longer to blacken once blackened place in blender

Add the peeled garlic clove & salt & pepper to taste also add 1/2 cup hot water and puree about 2 minutes in blender taste add salt if needed

Pour into a nice bowl & enjoy
